The Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association is pleased to announce the head coaches and coaching staffs for the 2010 East West All-Star Game.

Mike Milano from Downing West will serve as the East Squad head coach. He has previously served on the staffs of both the East Squad and the Big 33 Classic.

Dave Vestal from Hopewell HS has been chosen as the West Squad coach. He served on the West staff in 2007.
