Friday Night Lights: 2009 Game Date Announced

The 2009 East West All-Star Game will go prime-time for a Friday Night kick off June 19th at 6pm at Mansion Park in Altoona.

The East-West All-Star Game is held annually in conjunction with the Big 33 Classic, and for the first time in game history, both games will be played on the same weekend. The Big 33 Classic is scheduled for Saturday, June 20th at Hersheypark Stadium.

“This truly creates a Super Bowl-style weekend for Pennsylvania high school football fans,” said East West Game Executive Director, Cheryl Ebersole, “We are excited to offer this prime-time kick-off, in the tradition of high school football Friday night.”  Click here for more.
