2008 PSFCA EAST WEST HOST FAMILY SCHEDULE

Daily basic responsibilities for host families are listed below. The West Team will practice at Mansion Park while the East Team will practice at Hollidaysburg Area High School.

Sunday, June 15

• 11:30 p.m. Host families report to the Blair County Convention Center.
• 12:30 p.m. Welcoming luncheon begins. Host families will sit with the players they will host and their families.

• 2:00 p.m. Make seating arrangements for Friday's banquet.

  Take player luggage, etc. to your home.

• 8:30 p.m. Pick up your player(s) at Hoss's in Duncansville

Monday, June 16

• 8-8:30 a.m. Drop off player(s) at practice.
• 4:15 p.m. Pick up player(s) at practice. Free night with host families.

Tuesday, June 17

• 8-8:30 a.m. Drop off player(s) at practice.
• 4:15 p.m. West Team host families pick up players at Mansion Park. Free night with host families.
• 5 p.m. East Team will be bussed to DelGrosso's Park.
• 10 p.m. Pick up East Team players at Hollidaysburg. (If you would rather pick up your player(s) at DelGrosso's, be there by 9:15 p.m. and notify the coaches and AMCVB staff.)

Wednesday, June18

• 8-8:30 a.m. Drop off player(s) at practice.
• 4:15 p.m. East Team host families pick up players at Hollidaysburg. Free night with host families.
• 5 p.m. West Team will be bussed to DelGrosso's Park.

• 10 p.m. Pick up West Team players at Mansion Park. (If you would rather pick up your player(s) at DelGrosso's, be there by 9:15 p.m. and notify the aches and AMCVB staff.)

Thursday, June19

• 8-8:30 a.m. Drop off player(s) at practice. PLAYERS SHOULD HAVE A NICE SHIRT, TIE AND SLACKS FOR SPONSOR LUNCHEON T THE CONVENTION CENTER.
• 5:00 p.m. Pick up your player(s) at practice site. Free night with host families.

Friday, June 20

• 8-8:30 a.m. Drop off East Team player(s) at Mansion Park
• 11:30 a.m. Pick up East Team player(s) at Mansion Park
• 12-12:30 p.m. Drop off West Team player(s) at Mansion Park.
• 3:30 p.m. Pick up West Team player(s) at Mansion Park

• 6 p.m. Reception and banquet at Blair County Convention Center

  PLAYERS HAVE BEEN ASKED TO WEAR JACKETS AND TIES TO THIS DINNER.

• 10 p.m. Return players to homes of host families. THIS IS MANDATORY!

Saturday, June 21

• 1-3 p.m. A new pregame barbecue will be held at the Convention Center for players, players's families, host families and sponsors. LUGGAGE EXCHANGE SHOULD OCCUR IN THE CONVENTION CENTER PARKING LOT.
• 4:30 p.m. Players report to Mansion Park for the game.
• 6:00 p.m. Stadium gates open for families, fans, etc. NO TAILGATE PARTY THIS YEAR INSIDE THE STADIUM.
• 6p.m. Kickoff - 2007 PSFCA East West All Star Game
